亚马逊的创始人贝佐斯10年前秘密成立了自己的空间飞行器公司“蓝色起源”。其以现代火箭之父罗勃-戈达特命名的火箭在2006-2007年进行了三次测试。贝佐斯的最终目的是让空间旅行成为大众可以消费的东西。

天才物理学家霍金也这么说了。两百年之内如果人类不因内斗灭亡的话，肯定在外空找到生存空间了。看样子英雄所见略同啊，不管是学物理的还是搞网上零售的。

今天读到一篇不错的文章，讲的是关于房贷债务总量，新房供应过多，以及未来房价的走势。要点如下：

• 历史上房贷总额正常值是房屋总价值的40%左右。现在房贷在62%上下，比正常情况下多出近4万亿美元。
• 房贷低利率的情况会持续相当长：目前有1/4的房贷在水下，Fed会让现在超低的利率维持很长一段时间。
• 1992-2007年间大量新房兴建，其间新房供应量超过新家庭形成总数不少，这些过多库存需要时间来消除。根据历史经验，这次的积压数量可能要7-10年才得以消除。消除库存的办法只有一个：降价！

购屋退税漏洞大，1300囚犯领走900万。被关在监狱里面也不妨碍他们行骗。调查说有14，100人冒领了近2，670万的退税。有些房子被多人用来领取退税，其中一个被调查的被认领达67次之多。现在IRS说要追回这些被骗去的退税。

其它新闻方面：30年房贷利率创50多年来历史新低，达4.69%。
